Well, with Sochi passing, I think we should gab about what the closest sport to gymnastics is at the winter Olympics:
If you are like me, and hate the Winter Olympics, mainly because they do not have gymnastics, then you are likely to weigh out what sport is closest to the sport you love, gymnastics. And to me, that is ice skating, which was like the only sport I watched this winter. How are they similar? Well, even though this sport is not nearly as good as gymnastics, it has some similarities
1. Artistry, the athletes need to put artistry in their routines.
2. Tough Judges- The judges are extremely picky on stunts and artistry
3. Training Sessions- Both of these sports take a lot of time to master.
