China: Where they need to improve if they want to be on the podium

In 2008, the Chinese team was victorious on their home turf. But, in 2012, they were off the podium, Romania just knocking them out of the medals. So, instead of first place, they were in fourth place. Even though the Chinese are absolutely perfect on bars and beam, Just like every other country out there, the Chinese have their weaknesses, even though they are an extremely good team, they are not perfect on every single event:

Vault: They do not throw those high difficulty vaults. And the closest they got to a Amanar was Jinnan's double. But, I think she should go back to a 1 1/2 because she fell in qualifications. So, basically, they need to train vault more.

Floor: They are perfectly artistic, but they don't have enough power to land the powerful tumbling passes that the USA or the other teams have,  so they need to work on that.

So, the Chinese are naturally good at bars and beam, so I think they should stop training that for a while, and train floor and vault, the events that they need to train. If they want a spot on the podium in 2016, they need to bring it on all four events.
